At Click2Host.pk, we aim to deliver reliable hosting and domain services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains the conditions under which you may cancel and/or request a refund.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email at [support@click2host.pk].
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used.
- Processing time for refunds may take 7–10 business days.
If you cancel within 10 days, you may request a refund (excluding setup and payment gateway charges).
After 10 days, refunds are not available.
- Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed, as they are registered instantly with third-party registrars.
- SSL Certificates are also non-refundable after issuance.
Services like IP addresses, backups, migrations, software licenses (cPanel, Plesk, etc.) are non-refundable.
You may cancel your hosting or services anytime by submitting a cancellation request from your client portal or contacting support.
Upon cancellation, all files, databases, emails, and settings will be deleted permanently. Please back up your data before requesting cancellation.
Accounts may be suspended/terminated without refund for:
Violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
Use of services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
Services purchased under discounted promotions or free domain offers are not eligible for refunds.
If you cancel a hosting plan that included a free domain, the domain cost will be deducted from your refund.
