Welcome to Click2Host.pk. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, IT infrastructure, and related services.

2. Account Responsibility

- You must provide accurate account details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

3. Payments & Renewals

- All services are billed in PKR.
- Payments must be made in advance.
- Failure to renew may result in suspension or loss of domain/hosting.
- Domains/SSLs are subject to availability and registrar rules.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Hosting illegal, pirated, or copyrighted material.
- Sending spam, phishing, or malware.
- Running activities harmful to servers or networks.
- Violation may result in account suspension without refund.

5. Uptime & Support

- We aim to provide 99.9% uptime.
- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime.
- Support is available via email, WhatsApp, and phone during business hours (24/7 for premium plans).

6. Limitation of Liability

- Click2Host.pk is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption.
- We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers (registrars, datacenters, etc.).

7. Cancellation & Refunds

- Hosting services may be canceled within 7 days for a partial refund (excluding domain/SSL fees).
- Domains and SSL certificates are non-refundable once registered.
